A major college in Barking has acquired 10 donated laptops to assist pupils who’re studying remotely throughout lockdown.
Ripple Major got the units by building firm Arc Group London, which is at the moment constructing three reception school rooms on the college’s Suffolk Highway web site.
Headteacher Roger Mitchell mentioned he was “overwhelmed” by the beneficiant donation, which “got here out of the blue”.
“These will assist 10 of our most deprived pupils entry the net studying that we’re offering through the lockdown,” he mentioned.
